Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Fleet OPS website and, together with any signed order or customer agreement, govern access to the Fleet OPS service. If a customer agreement conflicts with these general terms, the customer agreement controls for that customer.

Acceptance and authority

By accessing Fleet OPS, you agree to these terms. If you use Fleet OPS for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

About Fleet OPS

Fleet OPS is fleet compliance and maintenance software for lorry, trailer, and bus operators. It can help customers organize vehicle papers, expiry status and reminders, document holds, trip records, fuel, driver accounts, maintenance, tyres, and related reports. The service is not a government filing service, accounting package, ticketing system, GPS or live-tracking service, driver-monitoring system, or driver app.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep records up to date.
• Manage authorized users and protect their account credentials.
• Ensure they have the rights and permissions needed to enter vehicle, driver, employee, and trip information.
• Review records, reminders, and documents and independently confirm legal and operational requirements.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customers are responsible for activity under their accounts and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Fleet OPS must not be used to break the law, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt security, access another customer's data, misrepresent records, or place unreasonable load on the service. We may restrict activity needed to protect customers, the service, or the public.

Not legal or compliance advice

Fleet OPS provides recordkeeping and reminder tools. It does not file documents with authorities, guarantee that a vehicle is legally compliant, or replace the customer's own checks and professional advice. A reminder may be affected by incomplete or incorrect information, settings, delivery systems, or other factors. Customers remain responsible for renewals, required documents, and decisions about whether a vehicle may operate.

Customer data

Customers retain their rights to information they submit to Fleet OPS. They authorize VIDID Softech to host and process that information as needed to provide and support the service and as described in the applicable customer agreement and Privacy Policy. Customers must not submit information they are not authorized to use.

Plans, payment, and support

The published software price is ₹499 per truck each month, excluding GST. A separate one-time vehicle onboarding charge applies. Billing dates, payment methods, cancellation, refunds, service levels, support, and renewals are documented in the customer's order or agreement. Customers must provide accurate billing information and pay applicable taxes.

Third-party services

Fleet OPS may connect with hosting, database, email, messaging, analytics, and other third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or change the website or service. Availability, support commitments, backups, and service continuity are governed by the applicable customer agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material service changes to affected customers.

Intellectual property

VIDID Softech and its licensors retain rights in Fleet OPS, its software, branding, and website content. A customer's right to access the paid service is limited to the scope and duration stated in its customer agreement. Customers retain ownership of their own submitted records.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended as provided in the applicable customer agreement, including where needed to protect the service or address misuse. Data export, retention, and deletion after termination are handled under that agreement and the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Any liability limits, warranties, indemnities, and remedies for a customer are set out in the applicable customer agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute-resolution terms in a signed customer agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, law, or business changes. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to any signed customer agreement.
